Environment Policy

1. The company will manage the anticipated environmental impact from all activities and products and services within its scope of application, with particular emphasis on the following.
   • (1)Contribution to environmental conservation through appropriate use of paper and electricity
   • (2)Reduction of waste through promotion of 3Rs (1. Reduce = Reduce waste generation, 2. Reuse, 3. Recycle = Recycle waste)
2. We will do our utmost to prevent environmental pollution by effectively operating an environment management system.
3. The company will comply with the legal requirements applicable to its environmental aspects as well as other requirements to which it has agreed, and evaluate them on a regular basis.
4. To achieve this Environment Policy, we will conduct a periodic annual review, which will be reflected in the environmental objectives and targets, and continuously implement improvement measures.
5. We will contribute to our customers' environmental conservation by establishing a safe and secure environment through effective cyber security, one of our main businesses.
6. This Environment Policy and its scope of application will be made known to all officers, employees, temporary and part-time workers, and will also be made available to the general public.
